  1. How to Enter: Submit your name and email address to enter the monthly drawing. Limit 1 entry per person. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will NOT increase your chances of winning.
  2. Eligibility: This promotion is open to legal residents of the United States of America and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age and older at the time of entry, who can legally own body armor. Employees of Strength & Conditioning Technologies, Inc. and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the drawing. Void where prohibited by law.
  3. Estimated retail value of prizes: Varies by Month $49.99 to $499.99.
  4. Winner Selection and Notification: Monthly winners will be selected by random drawing that will be held within 10 days after the close of the preceding month. For example, if a person entered into a contest for March 2024, the winner would be selected by the 10th day of April 2024. If an entry was made online, that entrant would be contacted by the email address submitted at the time of entry. If entry was made by mail in card, that entrant would be contacted by either e-mail or first class mail. If a prize notification is returned as undeliverable (by either email or first class mail), the corresponding prize will be forfeited. Strength & Conditioning Technologies, Inc. is not responsible for identifying or correcting typographical errors made by any entrant.
  5. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning a prize is approximately 1:5,000.
  6. Conditions: By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by the rules and decisions of Strength & Conditioning Technologies, Inc. and its judges. Any taxes or other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are not transferable. Substitutions are NOT permitted, except at the discretion of Strength & Conditioning Technologies, Inc. If prize is unavailable, Strength & Conditioning Technologies, Inc. reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of similar or greater value. Winners are required to execute and return an Affidavit or Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, and any other documentation Strength & Conditioning Technologies, Inc. reasonably requires for prize fulfillment, within fourteen (14) days of date printed on notification; failure to meet this requirement will cause a forfeiture of the prize. By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that Strength & Conditioning Technologies, Inc. and its independent judging organization accept no responsibility or liability in connection with injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession, or usage of the prizes awarded by this promotion. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. By entering this promotion you agree that if you win one of the prizes, Strength & Conditioning Technologies, Inc. can publish your first name, last initial, and state of residence in our various media and publications. We choose to publish this limited information to protect your identity and privacy, while maintaining our ability to announce the winners. By entering you agree to receive communications from Strength & Conditioning Technologies, Inc. DBA FightFast.com regarding products and services they offer, as well as products and services provided by their affiliates and sponsors.

  8. Alternate Entry Method: You may choose to enter this promotion by mail. To do so, send a 3.5" x 6" postcard with your name, address & e-mail address printed on the back.
